Elite Tennis Program Policies

1. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once you sign up for a program, your spot is reserved, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances (including injury, schedule changes, or relocation).

2. Make-Up Policy

•    You have three seasons (e.g., Fall, Winter, Spring) from your sign-up date to complete any eligible make-up classes.

•    Make-up classes are offered only if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your absence.

•    Make-ups are subject to availability and must be scheduled within similar level groups. We cannot guarantee a specific day, time, or coach for make-ups.

•    No credits or extensions will be granted if make-ups are not used within the allowed timeframe.

3. Private & Group Lesson Cancellations

•    24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any private or group lesson.

•    If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full lesson.

•    This applies to all reasons, including illness or last-minute schedule conflicts.

4. Weather Policy

•    For outdoor programs: If a class is canceled due to weather, we will notify you via text or email and offer a make-up session.

•    If weather is uncertain, assume class is ON unless you receive a cancellation notice.

•    Indoor programs are rarely canceled and follow the regular schedule unless otherwise notified.

5. Punctuality & Attendance

•    Players must arrive on time. Warm-up is essential to prevent injury and maximize development.

•    Frequent absences or tardiness may affect your placement in the program.

6. Behavior & Conduct

•    Players are expected to maintain good sportsmanship, effort, and respectful behavior on and off the court.

•    Disruptive behavior, bullying, or disrespect toward coaches, players, or staff may lead to suspension or dismissal from the program without refund.

7. Injury & Health

•    In the event of an injury, players may be eligible for program credit only with a doctor’s note and approval from the program director.

•    We encourage players to inform coaches of any health concerns before each session.

8. Program Placement

•    Placement is determined by the coaching staff based on age, UTR/rating, attitude, and performance. We reserve the right to adjust groupings for the benefit of the players’ development.

9. Holidays & Scheduled Breaks

•    The program calendar includes designated breaks for holidays and maintenance. These are announced in advance and factored into the program schedule.

•    No make-ups are issued for scheduled breaks.

10. Communication

•    All communication regarding absences, make-ups, or scheduling must go through the front desk or program coordinator.

•    Please do not contact coaches directly unless given specific permission.
